Exclamation Bad Company 2 Official PC Specs

Battlefield: Bad Company 2's producer, Gordon VanDyke, recently made post highlighting the minimum and recommended PC specifications for their Frostbite engine driven games, most notable the upcoming Bad Company 2 and Battlefield 1943.

Looks like games are really starting to push for the newer technology, no more allowing the really old tech to work at much lower detail. Time to upgrade if you've been lagging behind. :)

well i got the 2gb of ram
and the GTX 260

but im still only using a AMD X2(dual core) at 2.5ghz (o/c'd from stock 2.2ghz) its close to a 5000+ ?

so far its been working ok with anything new

of course this pc is 3+ yrs old now

Looks good, not sure If I will be able to max it out though as I have a ATI 3870, hows that compares to the GTX 260?

Apart from that it's all good!

The GTX 260 is ~ equivalent to the 4870, so about 1 gen difference.
